Genesys Cloud allows users to modify operating schedules through the Admin interface by navigating to Menu > Orchestration > Routing > Operating Schedules. Users with Routing > Schedule permissions (Add, Edit, View, Delete) can access the Schedules tab, select a schedule entry link from the Schedule Name column, and edit the schedule's name and recurrence settings. Changes are saved using the Save Schedule action, which generates a confirmation message. Updates may require several minutes to reflect in search results. The system provides schedule management capabilities through both the Admin section and the Orchestration menu path, with additional configuration options available in the Create an operating schedule documentation.
