Disable the knowledge portal functionality

Genesys Cloud CX1 Digital Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX2, Genesys Cloud CX2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX3, Genesys Cloud CX3 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX4, or Genesys Cloud AI Experience license

The following permissions:

From the Admin menu, you can disable knowledge portal functionality.

Click Admin.
Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
From the configuration list, select the knowledge portal.
To disable the knowledge portal, under Knowledge portal, enable the Enable knowledge portal functionality button, which sets it to disabled status.
