Create custom properties
The Custom option is designed to allow Genesys Cloud Customer Care personnel to alter external trunk, phone trunk and phones configuration for troubleshooting or special circumstances. You should only enter custom property settings as directed by Genesys Cloud Customer Care.
Note: You must be a to contact Genesys Cloud Customer Care.
Become a Designated Contact by first reviewing the Customer areas of responsibility. Then go to the Our Product Support Communications Portal log in page and select Get Started to request a My Support account and get access to our Genesys support tools. Allow 48 business hours to receive your credentials.
