Genesys Cloud allows Quality Administrators to add questions from custom templates to any evaluation form. By clicking "+ Add Template Question", admins can select a question to automatically add it to the form. The added question comes directly from the chosen custom template. Questions can be quickly added from "favorite" templates that appear at the top of the list.
