Genesys Cloud's schedule editor displays activity counts and daily summaries to help analyze and plan agent schedules. Depending on the view, it shows rounded activity counts for each code that become more precise when hovering. The Activity Counts section displays current activity counts and corresponding agents at set intervals in Day and Date Range views. Daily summaries in Week view provide totals for the number of agents scheduled each day, their paid hours that week, and their paid hours that day.
