Customize hold music

Administrators can now upload prompts to replace the default music that callers hear when agents place them on hold. This feature allows organizations to customize and enhance the on-hold experience for customers. For more information, see Customize agent-initiated hold music. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.7252 or later.
