Use the Genesys Cloud desktop app to run WebRTC Media Helper

In addition to using the WebRTC Media Helper with a browser, you can use it with the Genesys Cloud desktop app. To do so, you’ll start the Genesys Cloud desktop app with a special command line switch.

Download Genesys Cloud Desktop for Windows app.
Deploy the desktop app Deploy as a WebRTC Media Helper.
