Genesys Cloud provides the ability to send emojis in message interactions. Users can access the emoji picker from the message composer window and select emojis from different categories. The emojis can be customized by changing skin tones. Once selected, emojis are sent along with the message when the user clicks Send. Some limitations exist in that emojis may appear differently across operating systems and platforms. Non-standard emojis may not render properly in Genesys Cloud. Sending emojis with text can also cause text representations to appear instead of images on some platforms.
