Genesys Cloud's Flow Milestone Interval Detail view provides fine-grained reporting capabilities for Flow Milestones, which are designated points in voice and digital flows that emit reporting details. This view displays statistics broken down by interval to show distribution over time, extending beyond standard entry/exit and flow outcomes reporting.
Access to this view requires specific permissions including Analytics Data Export, Flow Aggregate View, Architect Flow Search and View, Insight Configurations View, Speech and Text Analytics Aggregates View, and Flow Milestone Search permissions. The view does not update automatically; users must click Refresh to access current data.
The interface supports multiple filtering and customization methods to facilitate flexible data analysis. Date filtering options include predefined presets (Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Previous 7 days, This month, Last month, Previous 30 days, This month by week, Previous 3 months, Day, Week, Month, and Month by week) and custom date ranges up to 6 weeks. Navigation arrows enable viewing data for different time periods using the same preset, while a time zone dropdown menu allows users to change time zones and save reports with selected settings.
Media type filtering enables selection of multiple interaction types simultaneously, with the exception that voice and callback types cannot be selected together. Additional filtering capabilities include Flow Outcomes, DNIS (original dialed number at interaction start), Session DNIS (any DNIS number dialed during the interaction), ANI (Automatic Number Identification), direction, email addresses, and flow outcome values. DNIS and ANI searches support partial number searches from the beginning of the number with optional country codes but do not support mid-string searches. Email address and phone number searches require complete entries without partial matching capability. Multiple values can be filtered sequentially across all filter types.
Column management features include reordering through drag-and-drop or keyboard shortcuts, adjusting column width by dragging boundaries, and showing or hiding columns through an Edit columns icon. The interface supports up to 20 columns with a Reset view to defaults option. Horizontal scrolling enables viewing additional columns when they exceed available screen width while maintaining selected column widths. Tables support keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and column sorting alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) with grouping by categories.
Users can save filter and column settings as saved views for quick access to different data sets. The view displays graphics for individual metrics and supports data export capabilities. Column modifications and horizontal scrolling affect only the current view display without altering underlying data

The Flows Milestones Interval Detail view displays statistics about Flow Milestones. Flow Milestones are points in the flow that emit reporting details from voice and digital flows. Flow milestones provide fine-grained reporting about what we have today with entry/exit and flow outcomes reporting. The view is broken down by interval to show the distribution of data over time.
Note: This view does not update automatically. To see up-to-date data, click Refresh.
