Genesys Cloud's Developer Toolbox provides a user interface to test Genesys Cloud APIs and functionality without programming. It authenticates against your Genesys Cloud organization and uses your organization's data. The Toolbox allows you to send API requests through the interface to test extended capabilities in your Genesys Cloud organization. Key features include the ability to test APIs without programming and using your own organization's data. The Toolbox will no longer support the deprecated ACD Web Chat v2 and its widget versions. Customers are encouraged to migrate to Web Messaging and Messenger.
