Genesys Cloud's canned responses feature incorporates user roles and permissions at two levels that grant access to specific features, displays, and tasks. Admins with Responses > All > All permission can manage libraries and responses by adding, editing, and deleting them. Agents with Responses > Library > View and Responses > Response > View permissions can view libraries, search for responses, and view responses. Permission changes can take a few minutes to take effect.
