Genesys Cloud integrates with Zoom Meetings to enable video collaboration and chat between Zoom users through posted meeting links within the platform. The integration is available through the Genesys AppFoundry and requires an active Zoom Meetings license with separate pricing. Installation requires three configuration steps: setting up Zoom Meetings as a custom client application within Genesys Cloud, providing application consent in Zoom, and enabling a Genesys Cloud setting that permits users to create and post Zoom Meetings links. Once configured, users can utilize the integration for direct video chat and collaboration functionality within the Genesys Cloud platform.
