In a future release, Genesys Cloud will allow administrators to delete inactive activity plans and remove future occurrences in workforce management. Administrators will be able to delete activity plans that are no longer needed, helping keep activity plan lists organized and reducing clutter from outdated or unused plans.
Administrators will also be able to remove future occurrences and associated sessions when plans need to be adjusted or canceled. Genesys Cloud will display warnings before deleting historical occurrences or sessions that may affect reporting data.
What this means
- Remove inactive activity plans that are no longer needed
- Remove future occurrences and associated sessions from schedules
- Delete multiple future occurrences or sessions in a single action
- Reduce clutter in activity plan lists and improve schedule maintenance
- Help ensure scheduling data remains accurate and relevant
Why this matters
Over time, inactive or outdated activity plans can accumulate and make it more difficult to manage schedules. This enhancement gives administrators a way to remove plans and future scheduled activities that are no longer required, making it easier to maintain accurate schedules and reduce manual cleanup efforts.
