You can manage modifications, including changing parameters, arranging the order in which modifications apply, and disabling or permanently deleting a modification.
Click Admin.
Under Workforce Management, clickForecasts.
From the Business Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the appropriate business unit.
To open the forecast, click the link.
Click the Modifications tab.
Next to the modification you want to change, click More .
From the menu that appears, click Edit.
Make any necessary change and then click Finish Changes.
In the graph, click and drag a graph point to the desired location. The value changes in the Forecast Grid.
In the Forecast Grid, click Finish Changes.
Click the Forecast Grid tab.
Click the metric you want to change and make your adjustments.
In the Forecast Grid, click Finish Changes.
Click the Modifications tab.
Next to the modification you want to change, click More .
From the menu that appears, do one of the following:
To move the modification down, click Move down.
To move the modification up, click Move up.
Click Finish Changes.
Click the Modifications tab.
Select the modification you want to disable.
Move the Enabled switch to No.
Click Finish Changes.
Click the Modifications tab.
Next to the modification you want to change, click More .
From the menu that appears, click Delete. A message appears, asking you to confirm the number of modifications to delete.
