You can create a new trade from the My Trades panel. To create a new trade, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the My Trades panel. For more information about navigation, see Navigate the Shift Trades panel.
2. Click New Trades.
3. Select the shift that you want to trade by doing either of the following:
   1. Select from the shifts listed in the Trade Shifts panel.
   2. In the schedule, click the Trade button above the shift you want to trade, or
   3. Select whether to trade with anyone or a particular user.
   4. Select the days that you are willing to accept a trade in Willing to Accept. You can select multiple days.
4. Click Next. If there are existing posted shift trades on the days you are willing to accept and your selected shift matches the trade, you are offered to accept one of these posted trades instead of creating a trade. See Browse and select shifts to trade.
5. Click Continue with New Trade if there are no suitable posted shift trades, or if you decline to accept the posted trades.
6. In the Expiration Date field, set the expiration date and time of the shift trade. The shift trade can no longer be matched by other users after the expiration date. By default, you are allowing a trade at any time you are not already scheduled on the days you are willing to accept a trade. For each day that you will accept a trade, set the time range you are willing to accept a trade on that day
7. Click Edit on the date. By default, the time range is set to any time you are not already scheduled.
8. To configure a specific time range:
   1. Clear the checkbox for any time that you are not scheduled.
   2. Set the start and end time of the allowed time range.
   3. To apply this time range to all days you will accept a trade, click Apply to All Applicable Dates.
9. Click Save . Alternatively, click Remove if you are no longer willing to accept a trade on this day.
10. To reset the time ranges on all days you will accept a trade back to any time you are not scheduled and check anytime not scheduled for all dates, click Options.
    Note: The Notes for Admin Review field is visible to the initiating agent and the administrator reviewing the request. It displays the number of characters remaining out of the 100-character limit. Other agents cannot view this note.  
11. Click Submit Trade when you are satisfied with the time ranges. The trade is submitted for further processing.
