Delete Access Policies

You cannot delete Genesys Cloud designed policy templates from the Templates tab.

To delete access policies created for your organization, do the following:

1. Click Admin.
2. Under People & Permissions, click Access Policies. The list of policies appears.
3. Navigate to the policy that you want to delete. 
4. Under the Actions column, click Moreand from the menu that appears, click Delete.
