This improvement reduces the number of event options from 60 to 16 primary types, making it easier and faster for users to build journeys while maintaining flexibility for customization. Also, this improvement ensures clear differentiation between Genesys Cloud and future third-party events while maintaining the existing position and size of icons on event lists.
