Install the 8×8 integration from Genesys AppFoundry

To install the 8×8 integration into your org from Genesys AppFoundry:

1. Log in to Genesys Cloud.
2. Navigate to the Genesys AppFoundry.
3. In the Search box, type 8×8. The card for the 8×8 app appears.
4. Click the Genesys Cloud Integration for 8×8app. Information about the app appears.
5. Click Free Trial.

The 8×8 integration is now available to configure and activate from the Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
