Genesys Cloud enables adding newly hired agents to a published schedule without rebuilding it for previously scheduled agents. The unscheduled agents must be part of a configured work plan. When initiating an intraday reschedule, you can select all new agents or specific agents to add to the published schedule by enabling the checkbox next to each agent. This allows modifying agent schedules without impacting others already on the schedule, providing flexibility for contact centers.
